How do you decide that something is true?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 03, 2008:

Although there is power in the word, actions are much stronger, wouldn't you agree? I suppose that's me saying that i take whatever is said to me as one's word; until one does otherwise. Behavior is a mirror in which we show our true selves.
